Where do you ship from?
Our orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We also operate a fulfilment centre in France, allowing us to provide faster delivery for many customers across Europe. In some cases, orders to other regions may also be dispatched from France to reduce transit times.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or customs processing for international orders.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within two business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take up to ten business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're very sorry if this happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Including photographs will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Why does jewellery take longer to dispatch?
We believe meaningful jewellery should never be rushed.
Every piece is crafted to order by skilled jewellers, giving each design the time and attention it deserves before making its journey to you.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your jewellery to be crafted before dispatch.
Is your jewellery made from genuine 925 sterling silver?
All our jewellery pieces are crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver can naturally develop a light patina over time due to exposure to air and moisture. This is completely normal and can easily be removed with a soft silver polishing cloth.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Store it in a dry place.
- Avoid perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.
- Remove jewellery before swimming or showering.
- Clean gently with a silver polishing cloth when needed.
Are your rings adjustable?
Yes. All our rings are fully adjustable, making them easy to fit comfortably and an excellent gift when you're unsure of someone's ring size.
