Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe (including Nordic countries), USA, Canada, Australiaand New Zealand.


Shipping costs depend on where the items are sent to :

    • Shipping to the UK : £2.99
    • Shipping to the USA and Canada : £5.67 (USD $7.75/ CAD $9.80)
    • Shipping to Europe (including Nordic countries) : £4.59 (€6.40)
    • Shipping to Australia and New Zealand : £9.70 (AUS $17/ NZD $19)

Where do you ship from?
We process and ship our jewellery from the United Kingdom, and our clothing from the United Kingdom or the USA depending on the customer's location.

 

What happens if my item gets lost or arrives damaged? 
Delivery takes normally between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the destination country but in some cases can take up to 3 weeks.  Please give enough time for your item to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived after a month, we will send you a replacement or offer you a refund.

Is my shipping tracked?
Yes it is! Every shipment has a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as the item ships.

Will I get my orders sent out together if I order more than one item?
All your jewellery orders will be shipped together. If your order contains both jewellery and clothing items, they will be sent separately as our clothing items are handled in a different warehouse.

If you get items sent in separate packages, you will receive one tracking number for each package.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard international cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

You can also pay in 3 interest-free payments with Klarna.

 

Will I get custom charges?
Custom charges depend on the country we’re shipping the items to. 
Please check your own country policy to find out if you’ll be liable for custom charges before you order, as we are not able to refund any custom charge should you incur any.

 

What happens if an item is out of stock?
We try to make sure that items are never out of stock (unless they're limited edition or discarded).

If you'd like to be notified once an item you like is back in stock, you can select the option Notify me when back in stockwhen looking at the product and you will receive an email as soon as it's restocked.

 

Can I suggest items for the store?
Yes you can! We have a Facebook group where we encourage our shieldmaidens to make suggestions about products they'd like to see.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do! If you'd like to make a gift but would like the lucky recipient to choose the item, you can get them a gift card here.

Various amounts are available, and they will be emailed automatically with instructions about how to redeem them.

 

How do I take care of my jewellery items?
To make sure your jewellery remains in good condition for longer :

  • Keep your items away from lotions, creams…
  • Remove jewellery before bathing
  • Keep them in the provided bag or pouch to avoid scratches
  • Wash them occasionally in soapy water, and then wipe them with a gentle cloth
