Orders & Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide so you can enjoy Miss Valkyrie wherever you are.
Where do you ship from?
Our orders are primarily dispatched from the United Kingdom. We also operate a warehouse in France to provide faster delivery for many of our European customers. In some cases, orders outside Europe may also be shipped from France to speed up delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, you may request a return within 315 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, you'll have an additional 15 days to send the item back.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at care@missvalkyrie.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within two working days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take up to ten working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're very sorry if this happens. Please email us within one week of delivery with photographs of the damage, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is your jewellery made from genuine 925 sterling silver?
All our jewellery pieces are crafted from genuine 925 Sterling silver.
Will Sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver can naturally develop a light patina over time due to exposure to air and moisture. This is completely normal and can easily be removed with a soft silver polishing cloth.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful:

Are your rings adjustable?
Yes. All our rings are fully adjustable, making them easy to fit comfortably and an excellent gift when you're unsure of someone's ring size.

We make every effort to ensure our photographs accurately represent each product. For the most accurate view of colours and finishes, we recommend referring to our white-background product images, as lifestyle photos may appear slightly warmer or darker due to artistic lighting. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
