We are based in the United Kingdom and offer worldwide shipping.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.
For books, journals, accessories and other non-jewellery items, dispatch usually takes 1–3 business days.
As our jewellery is crafted to order, please allow 5–10 business days before dispatch.
We believe meaningful jewellery should never be rushed, allowing every design the time and attention it deserves before it begins its journey to you.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide. Delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays or customs processing.
Is My Order Tracked?
Yes. Every order is fully tracked.
Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Will I Have to Pay Customs or Import Fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees.
These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
Can I Return My Order?
We want you to feel confident shopping with Miss Valkyrie.
If you are not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us to request a return or refund.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
