What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe (including all Nordic countries) , USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Where do you ship from? 
We process and ship our jewellery from the United Kingdom, and our clothing items from the United Kingdom and from the USA.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is a flat rate and depends on the country the items are shipped to :

• Shipping to the UK : £2.99
• Shipping to the USA and Canada : £5.67 (USD $7.75 / CAD $9.80)
• Shipping to Europe (including Nordic countries) : £4.59 (€6.40)
• Shipping to Australia and New Zealand : £9.70 (AUS $17/ NZD $19)

Every shipment is tracked, and the tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships.

When will my order be processed? 
Processing takes between 24 and 72 hours. We process orders everyday, except Saturdays and Sundays.

How long does shipping take? 
Shipping times depend on the ordered item. After processing:

Jewellery items :

• Shipping to the UK takes 24 hours*
• Shipping internationally (outside of the UK) takes between 5 and 14 days 

Clothing items :

• Shipping takes between 2 and 10 days depending on the destination

For every order, you will receive a confirmation email when the item has been processed, and a second email that will include your tracking number when your item ships.

Please note that during peak periods, bank holidays and sales seasons, processing time can take longer.
