We process and ship our jewellery from the United Kingdom.
We also recently started shipping from France to improve shipping times for our European customers.
In some cases, to manage our stock better and speed up the delivery to our customers, we may sent our pieces from France to countries outside of Europe.
Shipping takes between 24 hours for local UK orders and 2 weeks depending on the destination country. (Except for pre-orders).
In some cases shipping can take up to 3 weeks. Please give enough time for your item to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived after a month, email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will send you a replacement or offer you a refund.

We send you a box to keep your jewellery when you're not wearing it and a silver polishing cloth for the occasional cleaning.
To make sure your jewellery remains in good condition for longer, we advise you to:
- Remove jewellery before bathing.
- Keep your jewellery in the provided box to avoid scratches.
- Wash your pieces occasionally in soapy water, and then wipe them with a gentle cloth.
