If you make an order and want to make a change, then contact us at shop@missvalkyrie.com with your order number as quickly as possible as we may be able to make the change if the order hasn't been processed yet.
If you choose to cancel your order and if it can get cancelled, we'll process your refund straight away.

Damaged items
We take extra care in packing items, but if your items arrive defective or damaged, we will resend them to you.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please email shop@missvalkyrie.com with a picture that will show the damage.
In case the item is no longer available, you will be able to choose an item of the same value from the shop, or ask for a refund.
You have 15 days from the date you received the item to contact us about a defective item.
Our 30 day guarantee
We offer a 30 day guarantee on all our jewellery.
If for any reason you don't like your item, please return it to us within 30 days and will either offer you a replacement or a refund, your choice!
All items are sent with tracking information, and the tracking number of your parcel is automatically emailed to you when your order ships.

Please allow enough time for the item to reach you. We try our best to ship rapidly but delays may occur because of reasons independent from us.

We take extra care in the way we pack your order : each piece is sent in its box and all orders are sent in padded envelopes.
If after all this your item still arrives damaged, don't worry! just send us an email at shop@missvalkyrie.com with a picture showing the damage and we will send you a replacement.
